Vivido Labs / Mowego Trade Show Promotional Card Terms and Conditions

Promotional Card redemption:

• Promotional Cards can only be redeemed online or by calling an authorized representative from Vivido Labs or Mowego as indicated on card.
• You must be 18 years or older to redeem a Promotional Card.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Only one (1) Promotional Card may be redeemed per user account/per promotion.
• Promotional Cards are redeemable only toward select offerings indicated on the card.
• Promotional Cards cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, specials or other Promotional Cards.
• All orders are reviewed by the Vivido Labs/Mowego management team prior to fulfillment. If orders are deemed in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly.
• Gift codes must be provided at the time the order is placed in order to be applied to your order. Gift codes cannot be applied after order is submitted.

Expiration Dates:

• Promotional Cards have an expiration date not shown on the Promotional Card
• Promotional Cards expire sixty (60) calendar days from the last day of the exhibit where they were distributed as determined by the event-specific promotional (promo) code displayed on the face of the card.
• We strongly suggest using your code PRIOR to the expiration date.

Promotional Card values:

• Promotional Card values will not be replaced if your order is canceled /refunded.
• Promotional Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged
• Promotional Cards cannot be combined with other any other discounts, coupons or promotions
• Promotional Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Vivido Labs/Mowegos promotional are Promotional Cards are distributed free of charge and not considered cash value Promotional Cards and can therefore have an expiration date.
• You are responsible for the security of your own Promotional Card. We will not replace any amount from your Promotional Card that has been used by another party regardless of how the Promotional Card was obtained.
• Promotional Card value applies only to the product shown on the face of the card and cannot be applied to any other Vivido Labs / Mowego offerings.

Changes to promotion:

• Vivido Labs / Mowego reserves the right, without further notice to the holders of the Promotional Cards, to modify the terms and conditions for use of the Promotional Cards, or to suspend or cancel the Promotional Card program in whole or in part at its sole discretion and without any further liability.
